Genesis 12: 1-3
The above passage describes the birth of the Jewish nation at around 1936 B.C., when God called Abram out of Ur of Chaldees (now Southern Iraq) to the land of Canaan (Israel / Palestine). He changed Abram's name to Abraham and made him the father of many nations, just as promised.
There is not a people on this planet that can trace their historical lineage as far back as the Jewish nation can. The nation of Israel was an organized, civilized, and well established people long before the hey-day of Greek and Roman empires, before the great philosophers, before the great historians, and long before the advent of the religion of Islam and its demon posessed prophet.
The reason God raised up the Jewish race in the first place was to teach the world that there was only one God. The Jewish nation was the first monotheistic nation among a world full of Idolatrous, polytheistic, and pantheistic believers. Every book of our Holy Bible was written by Jews, our Savior, Jesus Christ is a Jew, and finally, Acts 15 and Romans 11 teaches us that physical and moral salvation of the nations as well as the preservation of the human race, hinges on the preservation and continuance of the Jews as a race.
After 4000 years of repetitive enslavement, dispersal, persecution, and genocidal treatment, this race of people still exists as they were constituted 4000 years ago and since May 15, 1948 have re-settled in part of the land area that God gave to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. They are truly a miracle of history.
Notice I wrote that they have resettled in "part" of the land they were given. The scripture says:
"In the same day the LORD made a covenant with Abram, saying, unto your seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates" Genesis 15:18
Ezekiel 48: 1-29 also gives more detail regarding the true borders of Israel, that includes a detailed description of Northern and Southern borders. Roughly, from Hamath Northeast of Damascus to Kadesh on the south.
So according to scripture, the land that was given by GOD to the Jews is considerably larger than what they are currently asking to peacefully live in. Joel 3:2 speaks of a time in the future when the nations will be gathered into the valley of Jehoshaphat to be judged for scattering the Jews among the nations and for "parting" God's land. Notice that the Lord calls it HIS land.
Why do I bring this issue up? Just recently, the President of the United States delivered a speech to the world regarding our nations' future interaction with the Middle East. He made it quite plain that the United States would be backing a "two state solution" to the Arab/Israeli problem and that we would be insisting on a realignment of Israel's borders to the 1967 lines. Israel cannot defend itself under those conditions, and this President knows it.
For Israel to do this would be national suicide - The Final Solution. What is the Arab/Israeli problem about anyway? In 1967, the Israeli leadership saw its Arab neighbors preparing for an attack against their nation and pre-emptively attacked them instead, kicking their butts, and taking some of their rightfully owned land back. In the process, Arabs that where living peacefully in Israel fled to surrounding areas to keep from becoming "collateral damage". After the short war, these Arab refugees were forced to remain as refugees by their Arab neighbors, and from then on would be known as Palestinian's. Before the war of 1967, there was no such thing as a Palestinian, or a nation of Palestine.
There are some 22 Arab nations surrounding Israel. The Arab totalitarian rulers of these nations use the Palestinian issue to distract the suppressed and poverty stricken people of these lands, by stoking the idea that the Jews are evil, that they sacrifice Arab children, and that Ishmael, not Isaac was the seed through which the promises of the God of Abraham would come. They constantly clamour about a "right of return" and "a Palestinian nation", which they have been offered time and again and always refuse.
The truth is, They don't want a two-state solution, they want Israel destroyed. They have said it hundreds of times, they prove it by the way they make agreements then break them, and they teach their children nothing but hate and disdain for the Jew.
We are assured by scripture that the problem will not get any easier in the future, because the fight to destroy Israel is Satanically inspired and controlled. If Satan can destroy Israel then the promises of God will fall to the ground. One of the promises that Satan is trying to stop is in the book of Amos:
"And I will plant them upon their land, and they shall no more be pulled up out of their land which I have given them, saith the LORD your God" Amos 9:15
The word of God assures us that this problem will continue until solved by the antichrist himself:
"Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem. And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all who burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the Earth be gathered together against it" Zechariah 12:2-3
The 9th chapter of Daniel describes the rise of the antichrist and his confirming a seven year covenant or peace treaty between the Arabs and Israel. We'll save the details of that discussion for another time.
The point is this....God has said that he will bless those who bless Israel and will curse those who curse Israel. He promised that his people would be restored to their land and never removed again. He told us that Jerusalem would become a burdensome stone, and that all of the people of the Earth would be burdened by it. The "Palestinian" people have been consistently blessed by Israel and violently used by Arabs for the furtherance of their own political goals.
The government of the United states is not ignorant of this situation. They fund both sides of this problem with your tax dollars; Hamas and the "Palestinians" have received billions of dollars from us, as has Israel. Numerous administrations have tried to force a "two state" solution to solve this problem in order to go down in history as the one who solved the world's most pressing issue.
Our government, our President, needs to take a side in this issue. If he is the Christian that he claims to be, he needs to take the side of Israel, because his Lord demands it. If he takes any other side, he has set himself and this nation against God and this will result in the removal of the "hedge" that God has placed around this nation. God will protect Israel, but who will protect us?
There is no doubt that forcing Israel to reduce its borders to 1967 lines will subject them to more frequent missile bombardment, suicide bombings, and terrorism. The solution that the United Nations, the Arab world, and the United States is pushing right now is no different than the solution offered by Hitler.............
The Final Solution
